ED&I is a subject of importance to every industry, and as a recruiter we felt we had an important part to play in bringing it about. So we started speaking with leaders in energy and clean tech about D&I. From the feedback we got it was clear that many were unsure where to begin.
Some were even reluctant to get involved in the conversation for fear of ‘saying something wrong’.
